These Terms govern your use of nelcriptsystems.com (the “Site”), operated by Nelcript Systems (“Nelcript Systems”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Our services

We offer AI automation setup, Meta ads management, websites and funnels, and CRM management. Each service is provided under a separate written proposal or agreement that sets out the scope, price and timing. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement applies.

Monthly services have a 3-month minimum term and then continue month-to-month until either side cancels in line with the agreement. Advertising spend is paid by you directly to Meta and is not part of our fees. Prices shown on the Site are starting prices; your final price is agreed in writing before work begins.

No guaranteed results

We work hard to get you good results, but outcomes depend on many things outside our control, such as your market, offer, budget, ad platform decisions and how quickly enquiries are handled. We do not guarantee any particular number of leads, bookings, sales or other results. Any calculators or estimates on the Site are illustrations based on the numbers you enter, not forecasts or promises.

Your accounts and data

You own your ad accounts, data, domain and the content you provide to us. You are responsible for giving us the access we need and for making sure you have the right to use any content, images or data you give us.

Using the Site

When you book a call through our calendar, the booking is also subject to Cal.com’s terms. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by trying to break its security, interfere with how it works, submit false information or use it for anything unlawful.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, design, logos and graphics, belong to Nelcript Systems or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission. Third-party names and logos shown on the Site belong to their owners and are used only to identify the tools we work with.

Third-party links and tools

The Site links to, and our services use, third-party websites and software. We are not responsible for their content, availability or terms, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

Disclaimer

The Site and its content are provided “as is” for general information. We do not warrant that the Site will always be available, error-free or up to date.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Nelcript Systems will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Site. Liability for services is governed by your service agreement.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
